Vintage Drip Glaze Terracotta Bowl
A terracotta bowl with a luminous glaze and unique ‘psychedelic’ drip glaze pattern. This vintage bowl is typical of Eastern European ceramics (from the Austro-Hungarian legacy), and found throughout the Mediterranean. The mid-century piece has an energetic linear design in vivid blue, orange and ochre set against a speckled pistachio green base. The vintage bowl would make a wonderful serving dish at aperitivo hour and would work well with the matching bowls in various designs, as seen in the images, creating impact to any table setting.
Found in Lecce
the capital and baroque jewel of the Salento.
Dimensions: H6cm x W17cm x D17cm
These are handmade antique ceramics that are perfectly imperfect and some have been used for generations, so please expect some cracks, and chips, and discolouration. These individual characteristics are part of the charm and unique quality of each piece. Please note, colour may vary from screen to screen.
