x2 Vintage Stackable Drip Glaze Bowls
A unique set of x2 bowls with a hand decorated drip glaze pattern reminiscent of psychedelic ‘60s design. These vintage bowls are typical of Eastern European ceramics (from the Austro-Hungarian legacy), and found throughout the Mediterranean. The stackable set are most likely made by Corund - traditional ceramics from the Transylvania region of Romania/Hungary. The mid-century ceramics have a multi-colour linear design in ocean blues, burnt orange and ochre brown set against a pistachio green and a buttermilk hued base. They would make wonderful serving dishes at aperitivo hour and look just as chic stacked together. Create impact to your table setting with the matching sets as seen in the images.
Found in Lecce
the capital and baroque jewel of the Salento.
Dimensions: H6.5cm x W16.5cm x D16.5cm
These are handmade antique ceramics that are perfectly imperfect and some have been used for generations, so please expect some cracks, and chips, and discolouration. These individual characteristics are part of the charm and unique quality of each piece. Please note, colour may vary from screen to screen.
