x4 Vintage Large Stackable Bowls
A unique set of x4 bowls with a hand decorated drip glaze pattern reminiscent of psychedelic ‘60s design. These vintage bowls are typical of Eastern European ceramics (from the Austro-Hungarian legacy), and found throughout the Mediterranean. The mid-century ceramics have an energetic linear design in pastel green, blue, orange and ochre. The stackable set are stamped at the bottom with the Corund pottery mark - traditional ceramics from the Transylvania region of Romania/Hungary. The vintage bowls would make wonderful serving dishes at aperitivo hour and look just as chic stacked together. Also available with a matching set of x4 (smaller) stackable bowls.
Found in Lecce
the capital and baroque jewel of the Salento.
Dimensions: All plates H7.5cm x W19.5cm x D19.5cm
These are handmade antique ceramics that are perfectly imperfect and some have been used for generations, so please expect some cracks, and chips, and discolouration. These individual characteristics are part of the charm and unique quality of each piece. Please note, colour may vary from screen to screen.
